For a Weekend Only Ticket ($30)

For Rovers and Leaders attending from Friday night to Sunday Afternoon.

Includes:

  • Catering from Saturday Breakfast to Sunday Lunch
  • Camping at Blackwood Scout Camp (Friday to Sunday, 2 nights)
  • Provision of toilets, hot showers, and drinking water
  • 2026 Event Badge

Does not include:

  • Friday Catering (BYO Dinner)

For a Full Event Ticket ($50)

For Service Leaders who will be at Hoadley Hide for the entire event.

Includes:

  • Catering from Friday Breakfast to Sunday Lunch
  • Camping at Blackwood Scout Camp (Thursday to Sunday, 3 nights)
  • Provision of toilets, hot showers, and drinking water
  • 2026 Event Badge

For a One Day Only Ticket ($0)

For Service Leaders only attending for one day and not staying overnight.

Includes:

  • Provision of Toilets & Drinking Water
  • Access to the event site for 1 day
  • 2026 Event Badge

Does not Include:

  • Any meals (BYO)
  • Accommodation/Camping at Blackwood Scout Camp

What will I be doing at the event?

Special dietary requirements or preferences must be listed during registration.
Alternative menus will be provided for those who have outlined specific requirements on their application.
